- No new recruits as the company is trying to save money by outsourcing to Romania and paying Romanians to come to the UK to work instead (paying them an astonishing low rate of £300 a month) - Sintec cut a lot of old Pilat staff away - Middle management wants to - Travel to countries that you don't want to travel to and is not safe to go to for long periods of time otherwise you're stuck in the Wembley office for months on end doing support work - Little to no pay rise - Management picks favourites to go to the most sought after locations not because of their achievements or skills but because they sucked up to management - A lot of hush hush and back channel bickering - Clients can be difficult due to lack of support from the company, a lot of distrust from clients in the business
