Pros

*This COULD have been a decent/fun job. *Reasonably Easy expectations, and limited KPI's, on paper. *Benefits offered weren't the worst I've ever had, comparatively *100% WFH with 0 national gatherings. * 40hr work week is realistic

Cons

*Car allowance ($230mo) is taxed as income for daily biz use, with reimbursement of 87 octane gas only -- expect to put 25-30k miles a year on your car, and destroy it at your own detriment. They DO NOT CARE. *Awful Compensation pkg $40k start - negligible raises, zero comm/bonus; you will need a second job, or a spouse who makes bank. * Over-Inflated job title; at best you are a glorified biz-biz marketer with ever-Changing goals and KPI's far beyond the scope of your comp.pkg. *Authoritarian Mgmnt Style / Structure = Micromangement x 10 *3rd party contractor = second class employee *Subjective goals that can NEVER be met (Do MORE / Do BETTER) *Ridiculous Mandatory Travel Schedule, with zero Per Diem, and desperately needed company car. 300+ mile driving days are mandatory and non-negotiable. Overnight stays for $40k year? Not in this lifetime. *This job is a masterclass in getting underpaid to work for a big name company, disappearing the cost of the program off the PNL through a 3rd party Agency, and treating those employees as disposable.

Pros

Great work place with fun people

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is that most people start as part-time employees. Given the current state of the radio industry, there isn't much room for raises or upward mobility. In many cases, the only way to advance is to wait for someone else to leave so that a full-time position becomes available.
