Gaining an intense experience in sales. Learning much knowledge in the customer service industry in general. Upgrading the level of soft skills, smart communications and average handling time. Dealing with all sort of issues and different ways of thinking and type of clients.

Great work place with fun people

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is that most people start as part-time employees. Given the current state of the radio industry, there isn't much room for raises or upward mobility. In many cases, the only way to advance is to wait for someone else to leave so that a full-time position becomes available.
