Pros
- Overall, very nice people to work with. - A fair expectation of work hours. Not a sweat shop. - The programming portion of the business is interesting.
Cons
- The way the brand group operates is very odd. They run campaigns separate from the other groups, and have final approval of all work, but do not really provide strategic leadership. - The company is very conservative with their creative approach. - The radio sales portion of the business is kind of dull (especially after-market radios, very few changes in lineup over time).
