Pros
Generally, the workplace at SiriusXM is pretty nice. Good business results, competitive salaries, summer Fridays, pretty good health benefits, competent leadership.
Cons
That said, it falls short of where it could be. There are some additional benefits that could be added to make it a much nicer place to work: a better 401k match (currently it's 50 percent match up to six percent), tuition reimbursement, a more liberal (or at least evenly applied) WFH policy. The offices themselves, outside of the studios, are pretty dingy. Low ceilings, no windows, artificial light, etc. Just feels like a lifeless environment -- some more natural light and some plants would really make a difference!
