- Lots of company politics that make it impossible to get anything of value accomplished - Some in leadership positions who are clearly not emotionally, mentally stable or smart enough to be in their roles - Certain teams are overworked and treated poorly, while others feel fine to abuse their positions as client facing and treat other teammates like garbage. - long hours and evenings expected - leadership uses teams as pawns for their own benefit to get ahead - not sure HRs role but dont complain to them or they will turn around and rat you out
