Pros

If you have a little bit of technical know-how, you can really excel here. Most everything revolves around telematics and the technology that drives it. The HQ in Irving will always be the first for new features and that's why OEMs trust us to launch their new programs/platforms/services.

Cons

Call Center can be one of the more stressful places to work, whether it be the supervisory atmosphere that sends to only hold the entry level agents accountable to anything, or the emergency call you just handled that may involve life and death. You might have to have a strong will to start at the bottom and quirk your way up.

Great work place with fun people

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is that most people start as part-time employees. Given the current state of the radio industry, there isn't much room for raises or upward mobility. In many cases, the only way to advance is to wait for someone else to leave so that a full-time position becomes available.
