Salary, bonus, ~benefits (you pay a lot for them)

Leadership from the very top on down to mid-level management is not very strategic. Making decisions based on false presuppositions. They are in the NY bubble and can't see what is value outside of the glitz and glamour. Unfortunately, after Jim Meyer left the company, the strategy was pathetic. Meyer was a midwestern man who regularly got out of that bubble. This led to stinking up the joint up and led the company down a strategic sidetrack that looked like a wasteful Shakespearean tragedy. Big promises, BIGGER failures. The wastefulness and entire Mickey Mouse team that was onboarded led to the deep-sixing many good and loyal SiriusXMers and the kicker is that they are still as wasteful as ever.

Great work place with fun people

Cons

One of the biggest challenges is that most people start as part-time employees. Given the current state of the radio industry, there isn't much room for raises or upward mobility. In many cases, the only way to advance is to wait for someone else to leave so that a full-time position becomes available.
