Pros

'Test and learn' is highly encouraged opening the door to a huge learning opportunity. Big and strong talented across the globe. Great culture amongst peers, everyone is helpful and positive. Great CEO.

Cons

A lot of processes still need to be formalised / scaled across the organisation e.g., annual review process etc.

Rapid growth means that some of our processes need to be adapted and scaled, this something that we are continuously working on. We did place a lot of focus on manager training this year as we wanted to ensure with so many new managers, they have the tools to develop and grow their teams.
