Pros

Nice work environment. Fast growing company. A really good opportunity to learn, especially in marketing and sales positions. Excellent team relations. Truly international and multicultural company. Flexibility.

Cons

Salaries are not on top of the market. Management didn't usually engage much with the London office being based in Sydney.
