The culture here is so open and so much space for you to learn, everyone will just stand up to help and give you an information that you need to support your work or project. Management always open to listen to your idea and opinion, not every company that the C-level will just discuss some work with you directly regarding your projects or tasks.

Nothing that I can think of now.
