People are nice and you can work remote

Cons

Very busy, you can't have a break, no real opportunity to be promoted, awful salary, no compensation or increase if you speak 3 languages to cover more markets

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to write a review. I'm happy to see the pros of people (we hear this a lot and I agree we have a great team and team culture in Galway!) and our hybrid work model! I appreciate there are ups and downs in terms of "busyness" but in no scenario should you not be taking breaks and this is certainly not something our managers support. As you may be aware from out internal communications on All Hands etc we have an annual process whereby we conduct extensive benchmarking and we do feel we have a competitive overall pay and benefits package. I'm happy to discuss this with you in more detail so please do reach out to me if you feel that would be useful. In fact I would value the opportunity to talk these concerns through with you as it is genuinely important to us that your experience is a good one. I also feel our career pathways framework clearly outlines the career path with opportunity to progress through the levels and into higher level roles.
