Hi there, It's great to see you feel you have good colleagues to deal with , as this is so important in any organisation. It is disheartening however and surprising to read your comments on management. Managers consistently score particularly high in our Office Vibe Surveys and from my perspective work very closely with team members supporting on a day to day basis and also in terms of coaching and supporting development for progression within the company. This type of feedback is not something I see internally and I appreciate you making your feelings known. I would encourage that you speak with your manager if you have any particular concerns that you are comfortable talking to them about or please come to me directly. I would really value the opportunity to have an open conversation with you and understand your concerns in more detail. We want to ensure that all our team members have a positive and rewarding experience at SiteMinder and are happy, so if that is not the case for you I am really keen to hear more.
