      Good company values, people walk the talk Team-oriented, you can always find help when you need Great training and ramp-up Parental leave & FSA Good amount of paid holidays and PTO Profit-sharing Mostly remote

      Cons

      There really aren't many, in my opinion Medical benefits could be better Some burnout ups & downs, team gets hit pretty hard at the month's end Can get micro-managey
