Worst Company - Anonymous employee SiteMinder Employee Review

I recently completed all rounds of interviews with SiteMinder and received positive feedback throughout the process. However, I was informed at the end that the position is on hold and they cannot proceed with my hiring. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It is unacceptable to conduct interviews for a position that is not available. Candidates invest significant time and effort into the interview process, and it is only fair to expect transparency and respect in return. The lack of basic etiquette and manners to apologize for this oversight is appalling. I have shared my experience on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google to inform other potential candidates. SiteMinder needs to seriously reconsider their hiring practices to avoid such unprofessional conduct in the future.
