We hear this a lot and I agree we have an awesome team at SiteMinder and we work hard to ensure that our culture is one that enables our team to thrive and grow as well as have a great experience. I am sorry to see that you feel the targets are unrealistic. I do encourage that you also talk directly to your manager or HR about your concerns in this regard or raise this via Office Vibe. In a high growth company like SiteMinder targets will be challenging but we always strive to ensure they are achievable. We are also keen to explore your feedback around data, so please do raise this internally also.
