Pros

Babysitting was regular and well-paid and they only worked with families in North Dallas who could afford to pay very well and tip!

Cons

I also helped w business operations and had a pretty bad experience. Don’t want to go into details for many reasons, but the owner would constantly yell at me and say demeaning things.

Pros

How often you sit is based on your schedule. You post when and for how long you are available.

Cons

Sometimes you could get a request to work for a family that is 45 minutes away which is inconvenient, and you aren't supposed to turn them down if you post that you are available.
