Pros

Good training for new recruits.

Cons

Too much to grasp during the 5 days training. Being at customer service, fast service is very crucial and for a new recruit its tough at the beginning. I had to familiarise myself with Cobra system, the work flow and also all the important stuff when attending customer.

-no work life balance -expected to work on pto -constant changes in expectations -unrealistic performance metrics
