      Generally a good company to work for (if you are on the right team). They encourage personal growth as well as professional growth.

      Huge dis-connect between the office and field. The higher you go up the worst it gets.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
