      Pros

      Lots of really good employees and leaders in the company (PCI - separate from the construction group that used to be ICI). Engineering company is routinely profitable and tries to be progressive with technology.

      Cons

      Lots of inefficiency born out of poor long-term strategy.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
