      Benefits, opportunity for growth if paired with right team.

      Cons

      If not paired with team that is interested in your growth and listen to your needs and questions, you will be pushed to jobs with no chance for growth for months and eventually leave, like couple of coworkers I knew. No flexibility for work life balance.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
