      Great benefits, knowledgeable colleagues, structured, invests in their employees.

      Cons

      Heavy workload, long hours, never any down time because of the many deadlines, bonuses are contingent on all of the regions being successful if one fails then your bonus gets cut, merit increases are not given easily so you feel under appreciated.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
