Pros
Decent benefits package (car, train fares, 28 days holiday plus BH's, pension, share scheme) and a half decent salary. Will support you academically should you be given the opportunity to do so.
Cons
Long hours on site and a lengthy commute if you're not in the immediate vicinity of London. 14 hours door to door is the norm. Expect longer hours than that at busy periods. It sounds ungrateful but the company car choice is pretty poor.
