      Excellent benefits, excellent environment for supporting career development, nice people, salary very good.

      Cons

      LONG hours are expected - plan to work at least 55+ hours per week if you are salary. Very gossipy and clique-ish under the surface that seems to heavily influence promotion and advancement. Too much bureaucracy.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
