      Sexist, racist, homophobic and transphobic management. HR does everything in their power to protect them and ensure they can dismiss your own proof to protect the company, many of them betray their own people to keep this status flow

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
