Pros

There's is no pro's in this company

Cons

Extremely disappointing experience. The communication was inconsistent, and the job details were either unclear or misrepresented. I experienced delays in onboarding, poor follow-up, and a lack of professionalism from the support team. Once placed, there was little to no post-placement support, and getting basic questions answered became a frustrating process. The platform might look tech-driven, but the human side of support and accountability was severely lacking in my case. I would not recommend Skillgigs based on my experience, especially for healthcare professionals who rely on trust, clear communication, and timely coordination. Serious improvements are needed in candidate care and transparency.

Pros

- The company offers the flexibility to work from virtually anywhere, which is a big plus for maintaining work-life balance. - My manager and team lead are supportive and understanding, which makes adapting to new challenges easier. - There are opportunities to learn new skills on the job, especially for those looking to move into target-based roles. - The work culture is generally collaborative, and colleagues are willing to help when needed. - The remote setup saves time and money on commuting.

Cons

- Transitioning to a fully remote role can be challenging, especially for employees used to an office environment and team interaction. - The target-based structure can feel demanding if you’re new to it and there’s a bit of a learning curve. - Compensation could be more competitive, especially for experienced employees. - More structured training and upskilling opportunities would help employees perform better and feel more confident in their roles. - Sometimes, communication gaps can occur in a remote setting.
