Pros

The most supportive team at all levels. Exciting and innovating place to be. Very thoughtful business model and very healthy growth. Lots of opportunities and a creative place to grow a business. The team and vendors feel like family.

Cons

It's honestly hard to find any. Job expectations are high but that's what it takes to be the best! Some might not like that but I do.

Surrounded by some of the best aesthetic practitioners and are given many opportunities to learn and advance your skills. There's a resource for everything. Systems are organized and policies are structured. Hourly pay is great. Work life balance is great. Beautiful offices.

Cons

Commission is not so great, and when you do reach your SPH it's not much given to you despite the amount produced for the company. There's not much help in the marketing department to build clientele. Can be a stressful environment at times to meet your SPH goals. Providers have gotten hours cut and there were recent provider lay offs in the company. Lots of my coworkers are looking to leave. Insurance is very expensive.
