Pros
- Supportive environment from colleagues and upper management - Management truly wants you to succeed and are accessible if you are struggling - Fair compensation if you do good work - Offer flexible schedules and the ability to work from home if you're in corporate job - The work perks are fabulous!!! - Collaborative environment, it's truly a team effort and they give credit where credit is due
Cons
- Benefits are so-so. Dental insurance is expensive. They only offer an HMO for health insurance. Any life or disability insurance is out of pocket - Corporate offices are split between Seattle and Palo Alto, can be difficult to meet as a team regularly without travel involved - There are opportunities for advancement, but they'd have to be created as the company grows
