Pros

Strong company culture based on genuine love, care and support. Meets employees where they are at and works hard to help foster growth. Healthy competition may be taken by some as pushy or salesy but is deeply rooted in striving to help one another succeed. Setting new bars celebrating wins is welcome and encouraged.

Cons

It's easy to find yourself working on your off-time because there is always something that can be done to support the business, our clients and team. One needs to be able to set personal boundaries and keep their work life balanced.

Surrounded by some of the best aesthetic practitioners and are given many opportunities to learn and advance your skills. There's a resource for everything. Systems are organized and policies are structured. Hourly pay is great. Work life balance is great. Beautiful offices.

Cons

Commission is not so great, and when you do reach your SPH it's not much given to you despite the amount produced for the company. There's not much help in the marketing department to build clientele. Can be a stressful environment at times to meet your SPH goals. Providers have gotten hours cut and there were recent provider lay offs in the company. Lots of my coworkers are looking to leave. Insurance is very expensive.
