Pros

Good benefit package, decent pay

Cons

Where do I begin, this company over promises and under delivers from the minute you interview. You are told as a provider that you have a marketing team behind you, and a management team whose sole purpose is to ensure your books are full. Open door policy, family environment, strong culture. These are so false. You are expected to be a small business, to market yourself, contact patients and then told that they are SkinSpirits patients and they can essentially do as they please with them. You are given zero support, reprimanded if you speak negatively towards any processes that don’t make sense or work. Have to jump through hoops for an answer. Everything is secretive and employees are kept in the dark about everything. Provider pay is ALL over the place. RNs make more than NPs and PAs. The culture is toxic and a bully mentality. You can NEVER get the medical director on the phone, even in an emergency. Management gossips and talks negatively about everything and yet ensures leadership is only given pieces of the truth. The friendship/business boundaries are so blurred with regional managers and leadership. HR breaks confidentiality, they provide no support for employees, but protect the company and management at all cost. This company is expanding and so focused on new clinics that they don’t take care of the clinics they have. They constantly send surveys about the work place and hound us to fill them out yet put our clinic so no one can be honest. Do not work for this company!!

Pros

Surrounded by some of the best aesthetic practitioners and are given many opportunities to learn and advance your skills. There's a resource for everything. Systems are organized and policies are structured. Hourly pay is great. Work life balance is great. Beautiful offices.

Cons

Commission is not so great, and when you do reach your SPH it's not much given to you despite the amount produced for the company. There's not much help in the marketing department to build clientele. Can be a stressful environment at times to meet your SPH goals. Providers have gotten hours cut and there were recent provider lay offs in the company. Lots of my coworkers are looking to leave. Insurance is very expensive.
