Pros

I have worked for large corporations in the past. Skin Spirit has proven time and time again to be dedicated to empowering employees and growing their employees to move up in the company. My team is the best in the industry. Management is knowledgeable and accessible. Providers are talented and dedicated to their clients. Our clients leave feeling great about their experience with a boost of self confidence. Our client experience is always at the top of our priority list.

Pros

Surrounded by some of the best aesthetic practitioners and are given many opportunities to learn and advance your skills. There's a resource for everything. Systems are organized and policies are structured. Hourly pay is great. Work life balance is great. Beautiful offices.

Cons

Commission is not so great, and when you do reach your SPH it's not much given to you despite the amount produced for the company. There's not much help in the marketing department to build clientele. Can be a stressful environment at times to meet your SPH goals. Providers have gotten hours cut and there were recent provider lay offs in the company. Lots of my coworkers are looking to leave. Insurance is very expensive.
