Cons

Toxic work environment. It's disheartening to leave a company you love due to a toxic work environment. It's sickening to see this behavior in any workplace, especially in a larger company where the president may not be aware of what is happening. Upper management lies and only perpetuates this. Sweeps problems under the rug.

Surrounded by some of the best aesthetic practitioners and are given many opportunities to learn and advance your skills. There's a resource for everything. Systems are organized and policies are structured. Hourly pay is great. Work life balance is great. Beautiful offices.

Cons

Commission is not so great, and when you do reach your SPH it's not much given to you despite the amount produced for the company. There's not much help in the marketing department to build clientele. Can be a stressful environment at times to meet your SPH goals. Providers have gotten hours cut and there were recent provider lay offs in the company. Lots of my coworkers are looking to leave. Insurance is very expensive.
