      Owners work just as hard as employees. Go out of their way to show their appreciation to the staff.

      Can't think of a con...I enjoyed going to work everyday!

      The discount and you get to be innovative.

      Cons

      No matter how much work or extra roles you take on, it will never be enough to management. Communication is awful between departments.
