      Get to work independently Good work life balance Lots opportunities to develop both personally and from career perspective and opportunities to give back

      Company continues to grow, was recently acquired and transition has increased workload. There are a few tenured employees that need to learn/adopt new skills or maybe its time to move on.

      The discount and you get to be innovative.

      Cons

      No matter how much work or extra roles you take on, it will never be enough to management. Communication is awful between departments.
