      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Fast-paced environment. The company that allows you to work on various projects and take ownership of them. If you want experience and make things your own this is a really good company to work with. If you enjoy consumer products, it's great, if you like baby products even better! The products are really cute and popular. HQ is in NYC and near all public transpiration. Very convenient location in the Flatiron district

      Cons

      Office can get a little loud, but the addition of the new floor is helpful. A good amount of meetings, maybe cut down. Less e-mail more talking.

      The discount and you get to be innovative.

      Cons

      No matter how much work or extra roles you take on, it will never be enough to management. Communication is awful between departments.
