Skip Hop offers 6 paid sick days per calendar year. Skip Hop offers 4 paid days of Personal Days per calendar year. Skip Hop employees are eligible for 10 days paid vacation for the first 3 years of service, After 3 years, employees are eligible for 15 days of paid vacation. Skip Hop currently offers medical, dental and vision plans to all full-time employees. All full-time Skip Hop employees are eligible to enroll in the company’s FSA for pre-tax medical expenses.
