Pros
Someone once told me (paraphrasing) "Big companies are like cruise ships, they are slow to maneuver and require more hands on deck to maintain. SkuVault on the other hand, is like a speed boat. Agile, responsive, and quick to fix mistakes." That metaphor has stuck with me since starting my career at SkuVault and really shapes what it's like to be part of a fast-paced, ever-evolving company. Of all the ways that SkuVault just does it right, there are a few things worth pointing out: • Company Culture - SkuVault has an amazing group of people supporting it, from the ground up. Everyone cares about their impact, our product, and the services we provide to our clients. • Leadership - SkuVault is run by very considerate and compassionate owners. It's no wonder SkuVault is as successful as it is, and it's no wonder people want to be here supporting the mission and goals. In particular though, since it's where I report, IT Leadership has been a breath of fresh air and a very welcoming sight. I applaud Ed for always asking the right questions, having our backs, pushing the status quo, empowering us, and most importantly, being supportive, caring, and a beacon when needed in an otherwise dark time. And like Ed, there are many other leaders peppered throughout SkuVault who are there to make a difference and help us all succeed. • Challenge - Working in such a fast-paced environment means constantly shifting your paradigm and stepping outside of what may feel comfortable. If you're looking to wear many hats and be challenged on a daily basis then you've come to the right spot
Cons
• Fringe benefits could use some attention - Would love to see more perks of working for SkuVault • Because this company is challenging and requires a lot from each of its employees, some people may see that as a con as they may be looking for something more laid back
