Pros

Fun people, interesting tech, fairly structured without too much red tape. Only reason I left was because I got an incredible offer from another company I couldn't refuse. Even then it was hard. Lots of room for advancement.

Cons

All the small company issues. You're responsible for a lot. It can be hard to actually turn it off at the end of the day.
