The company does not have a bigger-picture mindset or transparency with employees. On top of this, the culture does not foster camaraderie with the team or other co-workers. The low pay with expectations of no overtime hours is another lackluster quality that could be improved with mediocre benefits. This is the kind of company you probably just get a gig at in the meantime while you look for something better.
