Pros

- Some of the smartest employees as well as motivated people I've ever worked with. - They provided yoga and massages.

Cons

Everything seems to be a giant white lie. It seems like every time someone leaves the company, a big business announcement is announced that eventually goes nowhere. Products take way too long to come to fruition. If someone said in 2014 that Skycatch was one of the top drone companies in the world, yes, that would be true. However, unnecessary spending has drained the company's resources. I'm sure making the YouTube video of an actress singing to one of the drones wasn't too cheap. I wonder how much money was spent going to Nepal to "save lives by mapping sites." Personally, the Nepalis needed resources to survive, not a map of a building that needed to be torn down. At the end of the day, it's not a family, it's a business. Stop telling everyone it is. Everyone's goal is to keep the shareholders and investors happy. Humble, nimble, and reliable is the slogan. Most of the time, it was not nimble, opposite of humble, and products felt reliably broken.

Pros

Enjoyed all my time at Skycatch. From working with the CEO on down the line to all our key customers and partners, it was a wonderful work environment and great culture.

Cons

Enterprise Drone market place is somewhat dominated by DJI (a $20B+ Chinese based company) who have roughly 80% of the market share in the US.
