- Really smart, supportive, humble, and driven team - Extremely interesting and exciting products - Building a new market doesn't happen very often; it's extremely hard but extremely exciting - You get amazing opportunities to step up and own new, big initiatives - Management steps back and lets you really own things (opposite of micro-management) - CEO is extremely loyal and supportive to everyone. Yes, he has gone through his own growing pains, no doubt. But it's a startup, everyone is growing, and this company is extremely supportive of anyone looking to grow. It's actually the key to success. If you're looking to just go through the motions and keep doing what you've always done, you should look elsewhere. It's a shame to see so many negative reviews on here. My experience has been and continues to be amazing. If you like: super tight team + brand new technology + extreme challenge, then Skycatch is the place for you. If you want comfort over winning, then you should look elsewhere. And also look outside of the drone industry, as it's a bumpy ride everywhere due to being an entirely new market.

- New market means lots of ups and downs, so you have to be excited about that and not scared or annoyed by it.
