Pros
Skycatch is filled with such genuine team members who exude passion, collaborate together, support one another, all with diverse backgrounds and strengths but common values. I love the challenge that I have working in a new space & with team members who are a pleasure and honor to work with. I am constantly learning something new (which is very important to me in any position I am in) & exercise new skills, which I love. I definitely have the opportunity to grow with this company.
Cons
I knew what I was signing up for when I accepted my offer, and I am still enjoying my work. It is a lot of hours and work, but I really can't imagine not wanting to put in the time - I love my team and I'm proud to get to work with them on such crazy awesome new technology. This is going to change how so much is done.
