Pros

Drones are really interesting. Most people here are nice and want to succeed.

Cons

Terrible leadership and a huge problem with keeping senior talent. Really good people keep leaving and most employees are unhappy, but won't leave because they feel so invested. As one reviewer stated, it's definitely image over substance. Tons of power points and videos, but no real product that's selling.

Enjoyed all my time at Skycatch. From working with the CEO on down the line to all our key customers and partners, it was a wonderful work environment and great culture.

Cons

Enterprise Drone market place is somewhat dominated by DJI (a $20B+ Chinese based company) who have roughly 80% of the market share in the US.
