Pros
Many of the other engineers are talented, driven, and pleasant individuals. Some of the mid-level management understand that expectations from upper management are unrealistic, and are willing to push back on your behalf. Competitive salary, but slightly below average benefits.
Cons
Upper management is unwilling to commit the time or resources into finishing a project. New features are promised to prospective clients while engineering teams are still rushing to complete the scaffold of a previously promised feature. At best, new features can be demoed to clients in highly controlled and meticulously scripted settings. At worst, they are faked into videos and then presented anyways. Culture is very PC, and expect management to force you to sit through motivational company-wide "chats".
