Pros
Skycatch and it's employees are very committed to doing the best possible job and producing the best possible product. The innovation and minds at work are extremely talented and able to adhere to many demands and conditions. The CEO is very approachable and invested in his team.
Cons
As with many start up companies there are growing pains as it were. Although the team is high end and vested in its product, the desire to be and have the best most up to date materials sometimes hinders production to market. Although the UAV market is perpetually evolving, one should apply the KISS principal. (Keep It Simple Stupid) THis is something that is at times lost on young engineers.
