Cons
A financially driven company focused on quarterly performance to the detriment of long term investment. Narrowing of the product range sees Skyworks becoming more like a Power Amplifier / Front End Module company and not much else. Exposed to disruptive technology undermining its business. Clear favoritism in retaining long term employees over new blood. Politics and factionalism are evident. Engineering competence, especially of long termers, not as high as it should be.
