Business Outlook

Pros

Benefits that cost the same across the board; too much for the lower paid operators.

Cons

Poor treatment of their drones. Unless you work 60 hrs per week, the pay is adequate. Unreasonable point system, wastes money on non-essential items while failing to provide what’s necessary. 12 hour shifts, makes you work ALL holidays including Thanksgiving, and Christmas, no advancement unless you’re a minority, low morale.

Skyworks Solutions Response

Not unlike other fab/manufacturing facilities, Skyworks operates on 12 hour shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It recognizes this schedule may be challenging and not a good fit for everyone.
