Pros
Slack specific culutre is amazing, the people they hire are the most talented, very kind, fun and intelligent. Product is a fantastic one to sell and work with.
Cons
Salesforce culture has really damaged the Slack culture post acquisition. There are significant changes coming down from Salesforce that are forcing tenured reps out and making it a much less desirable place to work. It is the reason I'm leaving.
