Pros

Nothing. Workloads are overwhelming, managers are manipulative gaslighters, the salary is a lot lower compared to others places, etc.

Cons

Management makes a lot of promises to employees, but fails to deliver on any of them. The only reason I worked here for so long, despite being miserable, is that I felt all the time I spent putting up with the stress would've gone to waste, when in reality, leaving was the best decision I could've made.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
