Pros

I've been working at Slice for over 2 years, and I can honestly say I haven’t had a single bad experience. The management team is incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional—they’re always ready to support you. One of the things I appreciate most is the strong and empowering female leadership within the company. It’s something I deeply value and feel grateful to witness every day. The office culture is warm, inviting, and genuinely friendly. Despite the 9–6 schedule, the work-life balance is very manageable, and the flexible time-off policy is a huge plus. It feels like Slice understands that employees are human beings first. If there’s one area I wish the company would improve, it’s the benefits—especially around health insurance and retirement plans. That said, the people and the culture here truly make up for it. I’m proud to be part of this team.

Pros

Good training program for orientation.

Cons

Support was non existent after the initial training. No answered calls, texts, or emails. Kind of hard to sell when you have no support.
